Case Study Results for Internship

We see a lot of people asking for mentoring/coaching and want to become an intern.

We opened up our internship again, and we had 10 warriors asking for information. All said they would do anything to get it etc. etc.

All the application forms were sent, and the results..............


Only 2 people sent the forms back. In less than 90 mins the day ends in EST.

We said the deadline for returning the forms was the 20th September, and decided midnight EST was the time.

The bottom line is people say they want to learn, but most are not prepared to do anything to help.

We don't expect our interns to do donkey work and get nothing back. They are told they will receive a % of everything they write which is sold, as well as having a solid education in the world of writing, especially outside of IM.

    I'm not surprised to hear of your results so far.
    It often seems to me that relatively few people
    are willing to take action to succeed (and not
    just in IM, but work in general).

      If one of those two does any work and learns anything useful, you've beat the odds.

      People say what they think will give them an out, but if you give them the opportunity, and it takes their excuse away, they'll often run.
