My Blog just went from Google Pagerank 1 to 9!

Here's something interesting and I wanted to share this with you guys. I wonder how this happened and hopefully you can let me know.

Earlier today, I checked my blog to write another post and this is what I came across...

I don't know how to embed video in here so if you want, you can video the video through the above link. The pagerank is down to it's normal rank but hey...

I guess this was my 15 minutes of fame!

But maybe it was sort of a glitch, or something. It's happened to me before when Google shows a wrong page-rank.

However, it's weird it showed it still after refreshing - that's really weird...

P.S.
By the way - on your website at http://www.realestateblackbook.com/rebb/index.php there's a hover ad which can't be closed - there's no close button...You may want to fix this as it may annoy you visitors maybe...

Yeh this would be exciting if you actually got a Google Page Rank of 9 even for a day.

It's actually some kind of bug in the Google Toolbar.

I've seen the same thing on many different pages on many different sites.

Yeah I asked Larry Page if I could just move you on up a little bit and he said it was all good to test how you reacted and if you could be trusted.

When we saw you spilled the beans in the forum there was no choice but to pull the plug and call it a "bug."

hmmm! you should be glald that you didn't end up selling a link to your blog as PR 9 for $ 1000 somthing .. and then they'll realise its PR 1 .... now that would have been quite interesting

Anways i hope you enjoyed those 15 mins .. even cnn and bbc are not PR9

  That happened to me once when I was checking out a PR8 site and went to my blog which is PR1 and the PR of the other PR8 site stayed on the toolbar. But soon went back to normal.
  
  That's why you can't put too much worries on PR. It's only updated quarterly and it's buggy. Don't get me wrong I would love high PR but it's more important to focus on making money from the site regardless of the PR.

  I hear you guys. I totally get the whole Google Pagerank. Nevertheless, it was cool to see that. It was a great feeling.

  That has happen to me before as well. After leaving a high pagerank site, I would still see a high pagerank only to dissapear seconds later. This time it was different.
  
  I actually refreshed the page several times and the pagerank was still up there.
  
  So, does anyone still want to buy a link on my blog? lol

You guys are aware that I didn't seriously think that my blog went to 9 all in one day, right?

I know I'm Polish and all but I don't think Google gives preferences to Polaks.

It was just a cool, I guess you can call it a bug, that I enjoyed for one day. That's it.

  I was considering putting it up on the blog and share it with my list. I'm not sure if it is worth it and what it could do.
  
  Obviously, it's a real #9 ranking so I'm not sure if it could help or hurt.
