Hi Guys,

I have been recomended this forum by a friend and have stopped in to say hi to everyone.

I'm here looking for ways to generate some cash for myself after folding an e-learning business. I have a background in sales and experience in generating leads through adsence.

I have started with some niche keyword research and a wordpress blog, and am looking to get some experience in SEO to either flip the site or use it for lead generation.

I've also looked at affiliate marketing, which seems to hold lots of peoples interest. Though i must admit i need to find out a little more on the subject.

I'll try keeping updated and let you know if i make any money in this new venture.

    By the way, Can you give a briefly describe what you mean by generating leads through adsence?

    sure, we were generating leads through adsence using landing pages and auto responders. We had a telesales team calling and closing the leads.

    Welcome to the warrior family. Article marketing, blog and facebook marketing are good tools to start. As more people going social, It is better for us to use the social media to generate leads.

    I like facebook the most as you can have fun while marketing.

    I use facebook group application to generate leads. It is an effective tool and the conversion rate of the leads is around 5 percent as all of them are my targeted customer in particular niche.

    Quick tip - don't fall into the same trap I did and think that this part of the forum is the only one. The others have some real gold in there too, I especially love the adsense/PPC/SEO one at the moment.

    Also if you have a few bucks to spare joining up to the war room will give you plenty of great free to get advice that aren't even available in the main forums.

    But whatever you do good luck, you are certainly in the right place to get any advice you need!

    Hey FP, welcome to the forums. I'm new to the IM scene as well. It's kind of ironic. I'm choosing to move in the reverse path as you. I thought it to be easiest to build a few Affiliate sites to get the hang of IM then move to list building and flipping sites. To me getting traffic on a brand new low PR site is an interesting challenge and it would be easier to push on a site moving traffic to another site then one of the other aspects of IM you listed.
