    So its a free product initially and then recurring payment that kicks in and people are making it to the shipping page but then bailing out right?

    might be related to that recurring billing. Have you considered sending it all out digitally and then on the backend once they have some material have them choose to go for more?

    I'm assuming you've set this up on the Micro-C model, or something similar?

    First thing I can think of is have you checked your cart is working properly? IE have you taken out your credit card and gone through the whole process yourself?

    Just want to rule out the easy stuff =)
