Social Sharing WP plugin only for Custom Post Type

Hi,
Is there a WP plugin to add social sharing buttons that can be displayed only in Custom Post Types?
I have launched a podcast, and I published it as a Custom Post Type. I dont need the social buttons anywhere else. But I cant find a single plugin that does this.
Any idea or suggestion?

Use the plugin named "Social Media Feather". It has the option to add social sharing button on specific posts.
