Here is what would annoy me.

The forum going down.
The forum closing permanently.
The forum being paid only at $2 million a year membership fee.
The forum only be open to residents of Mars.
The forum only having threads on how to remove snot from your nose.

This forum has made more 6 and 7 figure earners than I think most people
would admit to.

There's an old saying.

"Don't bite the hand that feeds you."

My finish to that saying goes like this.

This is a plugin for vbulletin specifically but they are easily created by someone with some web design experience.

I was looking a this:

Michalis, how about to politely ask them to post in the off-topic forum instead of making fun of them?

I was distracted and surprised (but not a big deal at all), and I wrote in the thread you're refering to that I was about to post about the corner ad.

But my intention was to post in the off-topic forum to simply ask members what they think.

Allen has done a few things here that I didn't like, but I don't think I mentioned a single one, even in private. They were minor, and it IS his forum. When I left, those couple times for so long, it was SIMPLY because I was busy, etc... NOT because of anything ANYONE here did.

And some say all *I* do is complain.

Yep, I totally agree.

Even if we don't like the changes, it's ALLENS' forum. He can run it however he wants. And whatever he does is for the benefit of the forum.

Complaining about ads is stupid. Instead, as you said, we should learn from them.

You know what pisses me off? Each morning the sun comes up and it's way too bright and I can't look at it... then just when I'm getting used to it, it gets all dark and I can't see anything at all. Then the damn sun comes up again. WTF? Is it just doing this to annoy me?

Big Mike, I just joined the forum yesterday, and this is my first post. I think it was PT Barnum who said "You can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people, all of the time" I have been in all kinds of marketing businesses, and forums in my 44 years in business, and I have yet to find one where someone isn't complaining about something. That is just human nature. This Forum is no different. My experience is that it is usually just a few people, and my technique is to ignore them, and be part of the solution, not part of the problem. I am very happy to have found this Forum, and I plan to be a member permanently,and join the War Room. I hope to contribute value in the future, and look forward to meeting other members.
