        Which software platforms specifically have you had a bad experience with?

        Thing about a 'cloud software seller' (I assume SaaS?) is that they need the software to work in order to make any more. Without a working software, they don't have a business.

        I'd imagine you could very easily find alternatives to the negative experience you had. What site did you have issues with or what type of software is it you're after?
