Beware Of Browser Hijacker On Freelancer, Undetectable by Antivirus

I really though it would be only fair to inform you'all about what's happening at Freelancer. Looks like people are posting Browser Hijackers on the site, and I was hit. Nasty! I wrote so many letters to Freelancer, I've lost count. They did absolutely nothing. They only spun me pre-written copy & paste letters that practically said nothing--did not address the issue at hand.
And so I had to turn to my antivirus support team at Avast, who gave me instructions on what to do... cos a general scan wasn't doing anything for me. I was being attacked every 5 minutes and Avast was blocking these attacks, EVEN after they sent me detailed instruction on what to do to clean up my system. Well, when I informed them that it hadn't worked, they referred me to the Avast forum where I did get help... Malware software to boot out the scourge. Permanently.
I had to share this with you, because I don't want you to run into trouble at Freelancer. The Freelancer team will not come to your rescue. They will not even confirm that there is a problem.
