Flippa - increasing the length of an auction, after it goes live ??

Hello, when listing an auction on flippa for $9, for domains to sell, for say 10 days,

and then after 2-3 days of it going live you want to extend the auction for another 8 days, (so 18 days in total, 10+ 8).. then how can this be done?

can the auction be adjusted, and duration increased on the auction to make it last extra days ??
-----------

and what is the optimum time length you have found for auctioning your domains and sites on flippa ?

I don't think this can be done but Flippa support would be the ones to ask to make sure.

How would you like to be watching an auction for a domain you're interested in acquiring and having it be extended so more competition has time to see it and bid?

There's a reason it asks for the duration of the auction when you list it...

  • For me, it depends, sometimes fast 3 days auction, but I prefer 7 days, not too long and it's enough for your site or domain get views.

I think, if I am not mistaken, there is an option in the listing settings to change time of duration, but this can be done before your listing gets a bid, then you can't change anything in your listing, even the pitch, except the listing title.

Assuming that nobody has bid on your site/domain, you can increase the time. However, if someone has already placed a bid, you're stuck.
