Best Banner Ads?

I did a search but couldn't a thread on this, although I'm sure it exists, so I apologize.

I'm looking to have some banners created, and want to know who's the best. Not cheap necessarily, but good.

I really like the work at Animated Banner Design - Custom high-end banner ad designs by BannersMall.com but their service is terrible, they don't answer emails, are 3 weeks late, etc. But I'm looking for that quality, if they offer peel away ads that's a bonus.

          Does anyone know what happened to Darren Kaye of Graphics Genie?

          I joined his VIP club and paid for 2 mini websites. He never did them. I even bought the stock photography pictures for him. Now he isn't returning my emails.

          I read on his site as I was signing up that he was apologizing for not doing work that people had paid for and that he would work something out, now I'm in the same boat. I should have known, but I liked his website graphics.

          If he is greatly ill or something, then if someone would tell me, that would put a different perspective on things.
