A client of mine got an email about their domain expiring just a week before the expiry date. Nothing before that. They managed to let it pass because they thought it was the first email that come a month or two before the domain actually expires. The domain expired and their site went down so we tried retrieving their account password. The password link they sent does not work and keeps stating that the account for which it sent the password retrieval link does not exist.

The domain expired and their site went down so we tried retrieving their account password. The password link they sent does not work and keeps stating that the account for which it sent the password retrieval link does not exist.
Urgent status replies are taking more than 24 hours. Even after informing them that the link is not working all we got was we cannot change the password from our end and marked it as resolved. I haven't gotten a reply to my last ticket. It has been over 4 days since the domain expired and the site is down.
What is even weirder is that any reply I get from them seems to disappear from my inbox. Seems to be on self destruct. Now why would they do that? And if I try replying to a ticket, I keep getting bounces.
I cannot find a phone number on their site.
What can I do for my client to get his domain back??
Any place I can complain about these practices?
