    Hi Faithwerks,

We can help a bit more if you give some more details, including the niche you're in, what you've tried so far, etc.

    A few ideas:

    - running a self-hosted Wordpress blog
    - guest posting for top blogs in your niche
    - blog commenting
    - the good old squeeze page
    - WSO's

But based on your niche - and your level of knowledge/expertise - these methods may vary.

Yeah, I see a lot here lately probably the WSO is used to develop potential Leads with Buyers List and less on actually pulling in a huge profit. A lot of $1 offers

There are many ways to generate leads. You can use banner ads, facebook ads, cold calling and a lot more. However if you buy web design leads or SEO leads for sale by depending on a lead generation company that holds enough amount of experience and proven history of helping the clients around the globe, then it will be a great relief for you. You just need to spend 15 to 20 mins everyday streamlining the leads and pass it on to your sales team who would work on these leads and can easily close a sale by pitching the products or services you offer. This is the most reliable way of generating leads as you get fresh leads without any efforts and they are easier to close too. Try Leadpot once, hope you like their system.

Do you mean getting leads for bricks and mortar businesses ? or Online signups ?

    Two very different approaches

I acquire fresh / targeted 3rd party email data, which is data that the users have shown an interest in a specific vertical (niche) and have provided permission to receive messages from third parties.I get the opt-in record for all the users and it's 100% can-spam compliant.

The initial data / users are not leads, as it's all cold email. So it's not as responsive as opt-in that you generate yourself. However, it doesn't matter, because the data is much cheaper and highly scalable.

So to make it work, you have to always be collecting your opens / clickers, segmenting and removing unresponsive users. That way you're building smaller but responsive lists that should eventually be able to send less and make more with each mailing. Essentially you're converting the data from quantity to quality.

In the end, it's possible to generate leads for a fraction of the cost of mainstream list building.

I've been doing the above for over 16 years. So it really does work well and not some BS theory.

However, it's not for everyone, because you are limited to what niches data exists for.

Squeeze pages on quality landing pages that provide quality content to users is a great way to build your audience. It provides users value and helps build your brand(s) at the same time.

    Tried and true:

    - create a self-hosted Wordpress blog; write helpful posts
    - build an email list
    - guest posting on top blogs from your niche
    - creating a clear, simple, call to action through a squeeze page

Remember; the method is only as effective as the skills of the person using the method.

The most effective list building strategies from my experience have been:

    1. YouTube video marketing
    2. Facebook ads
    3. Product Launch (give away 100% commissions to affiliates and build a strong funnel)
