Help to make sense of New/Returning visitors data

The proportion of my returning visitors is around 28%. I think this quite good on the one hand, because the site just sells a couple of products, no blog or anything for visitors to come back for apart from an interest in a purchase. So I'm thinking, these people like the product but aren't sure about the site or maybe what they are getting. It is a pretty basic website.


Would you guys read it the same way?

    That's a plausible theory, but I think you'd be best off testing it. You could perhaps use some survey software (or just email capture) and ask them
