Help Creating Clickbank Account

I want to create account on clickbank and I am getting the message below when I click next to the last step.
"Thank you for your interest in ClickBank!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account at this time. Regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions."

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

    It's probably your country. I know Clickbank block some countries from creating an account. It's best for you to just contact their support directly. No one can help you here.

    You're on a "Black" list, probably connected to your tax ID.

    You input your SS# or other tax ID on the last page, click submit and get this message, right?

    Hey, I contacted ClickBank via Live Chat and Email contact & I got their reply.
    I am disappointed by ClickBank support.

    They just copied the same error and sent back

    There are plenty of reasons why clickbank don't want you to create an account. For example, You have previously created account with same information except email id. So, they don't want you to create an another account to prevent duplicate account.

      That is not correct. You can open multiple accounts with the same information including email address

        You might me get black listed by them or your your country get blocked. Have you tried VPN for creating an account?

    You have not told us your country.
    its probably that your country is not yet on the list of clickbank.

    another alternative is that you can call them and talk to them
