How can I attract 5 Star platinum Affiliates?

Hey Warriors!

I really want to know what it takes as a vendor to attract TOP affiliates! What attracts you to a vendor in the first place? How do you pick and choose? What do you consider a good income to make weekly from a product?
Also, what is the best and most successful product you have ever promoted?

    I think nothing can beat good commission
    2- Good landing page
    When you envolve us(affiliates) then you are not alone, Your success is ours.You are not the only one who worry about conversion rate, We also want a better landing page that converts well

    Also important are:
    • High converting sales letter
    • Quick and on-time payments (every time) through an established and trusted payment processor
    • Good sized commission (many won't promote $7 products)
    • Done-for-you sales helps (product info, graphics, email swipes, etc)
    • A range of products (meaning not just a "one and done" project)
    • Some affiliates look for a multi-tiered payment system
    • If the product or service includes recurring monthly payments it will be especially enticing to the affiliate (some only go after this type of commission
    • Your reputation as a seller of products that have few returns
