Need Help with My PTC Network, KAABILL

Hey Warriors,

I needed some suggestions on how to promote my PTC Network.
It's an in-house project. We call it KAABILL. I've tried using traditional IM Industry methods but I am not progressing. We've built it to reward the subscriber 10-Pence(GBP) for every successful ad view, so it's pays well but still I am not getting any traction, as in, no subscribers still.
What should I Do ??

    if its really not working its time to cut your losses and move on, things work when you do your homework, its too late to do market research at this point because youll discover another opportunity, thats why i dont invest so much into things, keep it at a friend level
