INTERNET MARKETING

I'm a real estate investor and I want to teach people how to flip houses and at the same time sell affiliate products. I'm planning to talk about mainly flipping houses and real estate marketing. What do you think is a good domain to go with?

HowsFlipping.com
or
InvestorsLifestyle.com
or
neither?

Any advice?

how are you looking to promote your site? if it's SEO then i would recommend having the keyword as your domain name, so it will help you rank better ! they both seem fine to me though

Try and search for a highly target ted keyword and you will definitely have some catchy phrases or keywords that you can put together.

  I'm having a really hard time with the keyword research for this one but i'll keep trying.

Man, this is a tough niche. Real Estate is completely saturated, and the general market of 'flipping houses' is pretty much doomed for the next generation. Not saying that there isn't money to be made, but after the foreclosure mess, that is going to be a tough sell.

Hi choson,
Being catchy is good; being catchy and SEO friendly is MUCH better. Try running some real-estate terms through your keyword research tool. If you don't have one, try using KWBrowse to get some suggestions and then put them though the google keyword external tool to check for search volume and seo/ppc competition etc (you'll find the links on the Resources page of my blog, under Keyword Research)
