At the end of the day, take a few minutes to set out exactly what you are going to do the next day. Clear the mental clutter so that you can think more clearly and creatively. Everyone works at a different speed depending on how hungry they are for success. So I'm not going to tell you to write 3 or 5 or 6 etc goals down. You know how hungry you are.
Write down what you are grateful for each day. Think about it and write it down. WHY? Google "gratitude" and you'll soon understand what it does for your well being and quality of life. Too much to go into it here.
Review your small baby-step goals. You have to act upon those small goals each day, without action you will not achieve anything. Sounds obvious but just recently seen a post on facebook where someone has written that they bought a 60 day product and it's up for renewal. He is asking if he should renew it because he hasn't really gotten anywhere with his business. So I asked to see his daily work journal because if you taking action daily then after 60 days it's impossible to still be where you were when you first started. Especially if you planning and setting achievable goals. Even if you suck at setting goals, there are literally step by step guides out there written and used by 6 figure earners that you can model to help you. Needless to say I'm still waiting to see his responce.
Write down an inspiring quote you have come across today that got you motivated. Motivation is key to staying hungry. OR write down the compliment you received from helping someone out today and when you feel that you just want to give up on everything you will be able to reference this section in your journal to pick yourself up again. Thinking back on that day you helped someone will inspire you.
I hope this helps at least one person. Would love to hear from those of you already using a Journal and how it is helping you.
Stay motivated, stay hungry, believe in yourself.
