InfusionSoft is popular and probably the best.

But a lot of email companies are starting to offer at least some CRM functionality (unless you're with Aweber).

Personally, I've gone with Active Campaign and think it's pretty good. Convert Kit is also popular and I *think* even MailChimp has started adding CRM to their service.

You are best working out what functions you want to use with your CRM first.

There are some good simple options to look at and you can get free trials with most to determine whether you like how they work.

Infusionsoft is a bit of overkill for a small business and is expensive and somewhat complicated to learn and master.

Active campaign has a lot of good automations you can use with a lot of pre-built recipes. They are economical and scale as you grow.

Zoho and Apptivo offer free levels so you could always check out them out.

Currently I use both Active Campaign and Cloudnet360 (formally PremiumWebCart) which I've used over 6 years now.

We are migrating more of our stuff particularly in the ecommerce side of our business to Active Campaign because of the automations and good tagging and tracking plus it integrates well with a number of the shopping cart solutions and plays nicely with Zendesk via Zapier.

This is why I'd recommend you consider what you really need it to do and realise you will mostly only need it for a few functions so some of the complicated solutions may not add any benefit to your situation and only cost you more.

Maybe you can share what you want to do with the CRM and I can offer some further advice and others may be able to answer you better also..

    Best regards,

    Ozi
