Copyscape and Re-written Articles

I have been rewriting articles that I have submitted to Go Articles like mad. I have been using a spinner but most of the work is by me.

My question is should these re-written articles not show up in Copyscape or is some similarity to be expected? Is there an "acceptable" level of duplication? I have heard the article needs to be 30% different.

Anyone have any experience with this using copyscape.

Thanks

Dave

You should get away with 30% I guess. How long is it taking you to spin an article? How many words?

If your doing most the work anyway it might be quicker to do it all. That's what I tend to find anyway!

A neat little Copyscape test - Take two completely unrelated articles from totally different sources and compare them. You may be surprised at how much they have in common. Given your writing skills and the amount of time you are willing or able to contribute, it is very likely that you will be better off just reading the article, maybe make a list of the key points, close the original article, write one of your own and place a call to action at the end of it.

    Just my two cents
