Best email to use for email list

I would say its matter of personal preference along with the business's size. Like the bigger the business, the more departments it will have. Which means more emails will be needed. But if it's a new business and you want to build a brand/authority around your name, then "name@domain.com" would do! Hope it helped!

The email itself doesn't really matter.

name@
info@
support@
hello@
etc...

From name you could use

First Last
First Last - Company

The advantage of First Last is that you teach the user to expect mail from your name. If something was to ever happen and your company / domain changed. They would still recognize the message from you.

I agree some others here, it really is personal preference. Now some readers of your emails may feel a deeper connection between your company and them if you use a more personalized email such as yourname@companyname.com.

The format: name.lastname@domain.com is the best. People will learn about you and about your company at the same time. Using your full name is much better.

Another vote goes for personal / your name email address.

And don't quote me on this, but I think it can also help with inbox deliverability if it's coming from something different than the usual info/contact/support/etc.

I like using the name. They already know my domain when sending out emails; by seeing my name they get the personal touch. Humanizes my emails and brand, which helps me connect more strongly with my readers, which is an awesome thing.
