clickbank vs. amazon

hello everybody. i have been sold german ebooks on amazon kdp so far. it was going kind of ok. how is it with clickbank? customers come on clickbank also use the search function to buy something as it is on amazon? that means that it is not necessary to do any marketing outside of clickbank at all, like it is on amazon? or how exactly does clickbank work, i. e. where exactly can i get customers if i should upload ebooks/ programms on clickbank?

    first time I'm hearing someone is comparing Amazon with Clickbank. Do you know the difference between Truck and sports car such as Ferrari? Truck can take gigantic loads but run slowly where a sports car can't take much loads but run astonishingly fast. Do you want real customers following you and make huge money in the long run, or fast money (up to 90% commission per sale because someone (just a person like you and me NOT a behemoth business) is building buyers list out of your traffic) and not real customer following? Its up to you.

    Clickbank is not a place where consumers go to make a purchase. Yes there are indeed many digital products available via Clickbank but generally the buyer traffic is sent to the appropriate sales page by an affiliate or sometimes by the product creator. Amazon of course is a HUGE selling marketplace for consumers to buy physical products.

    As pointed out above Amazon and Clickbank are two totally different things.
