Any suggestions on using a scribble/whiteboard pad while screensharing?

Hi guys,

I'm starting to do some screenshares that use slides for the most part, but I'd also like to be able to be able to use a digital scribble/design pad to write out personal notes to show them on-screen.

Are any of you using this? What kind of device and software do you recommend?

I have zoom, and I know they support it, but it's been hard to figure out what device to buy so I don't have to use Photoshop - I'd rather use a smaller program so the screenshare stays super stable. I don't need the high-detail, just something that shows up like a whiteboard.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jana

gimp.org or inkscape.org (both are free) and any free screen recorder will do that. Good luck!

I use Wacom tablet. But if you're familiar with the mouse, that's fine as well.

You can also use some app with your smart-tablet or smartphone to do the same thing. You just need to get and try some screen-recorder apps that available for free.
