Alright, I want to spend a little money on traffic. I started IM in 2008, did well for a while and got out after Panda because of lost income and I got job as a webmaster.

Anyone have any suggestions?

To give you a suitable idea it would require your niche, how you monetize the site and what type of traffic demographics you want.

Spend your money on Youtube traffic. And build your channel, and link to your website.

keep your job, throw some money at some ads, either do affiliate promotion or set your own link up, and drive traffic to it, youre going to see something cool happen, and then test, and then test again, then test again, then test again, then test again, then test again.

I think you can take that $100 and turn it into $1000 in under 30 days without going over 80 hours of work.

Marketing is a broad word, sales is a part of marketing, but marketing is also a part of sales. You need to learn both.

What skills do you have? what are you good at thats creative and fun? What can you do that you are gifted in that no one else can do even if they tried?

Figure out what that is, map out 80 hours a month, set your goal to $1k in 30 days in under 80 hours and start doing your homework.

i dont consider using your gift as working, i consider doing all the necessary stuff that generates income as work. when you are using your gift you are not working.

So find your gift, give yourself 80 hours of actual work. Then go start talking to people. youd be surprised what the market place wants or needs.

You really want to have a broad target range, and then as you go deeper into the market your target will be revealed

advertising to make sales works, but you need to understand how to sell

Excellent advice. Thinking of scaling up investment wise is the way to go, as you do homework/legwork on what folks need, what they are struggling with in your niche.

You've been a webmaster for 9 years and don't know how to get traffic?

How in the World did you glean this with the 'said' information he disclosed ??
Maybe he knows EXACTLY how to do it but also wants to get additional input from other Marketers on their particular strategies for paid traffic. Just like any smart Marketer does

I think you're going to need to focus on as many free traffic methods as possible. It's one of those which do you have more of? Time or Money.

Alright, I want to spend a little money on traffic.
I'll send you 100,000 visitors for your $100. The niche, product, page, etc. are unimportant.

I predict you will get rich!

Pick a topic in IM you feel passionate about. Develop your skills in that area. $100 is a small amount of money to throw at anything and even smaller to make a good, helpful investment. If you want to really invest, get a part time job, boost savings and invest hundreds in a domain and hosting over the year.

100$ is not a big amount of money to get a lot of traffic. Do you want quality or quantity?

$100 spent on advertising is certainly NOT enough to do any meaningful testing to scale up. Unless you know your numbers and what is working, you don't know what you are getting on average in terms of ROI from that particular traffic source.

$100 isn't near enough to get started with paid traffic. I would
Take it and buy a domain and hosting and focus on free methods.

I really believe there is a ton that anyone can do with a hundred dollars, first of all double it. For one, the best way to maneuver money is to flip it, make it work for us, and actually get a profit. So once we have two hundred dollars we have more money to work with and we can either decide if we want to make that four hundred dollars or go ahead and invest that two hundred as it stands. What are your goals? Thats the first thing I would ask really, What are you trying to work towards, that way we can reverse engineer and make a decision on the best way to get there monetarily
