You've created a social media marketing virtual assistant and you don't know how to do free marketing? How does that work?

Or is it just the spammy aspect that concerns you?

Either way, stop thinking about how to promote your business and think, instead, about how you can help people get to where they want to be.

Attraction marketing is all about putting yourself out there and helping people. If you can help, as we do on this forum, then people will be drawn to you. Some will be interested in what you have to offer in your business.

    It's as simple as that.

Share your contents as your experience. Not as a promotional or advertisement. Pay ads are better.

If your social marketing includes a FB group, then you probably
already know about spam. When I look at some of those post,
there are no likes, no shares, and no comments. Everybody in
the group is just posting their offer. Makes me wonder if it's actually
    working for anybody.

What I suggest you do is message about 15 or 20 of those people
to start some type of interaction with them. Don't mention your
business at all. Make your message about them. Ask how long
they been with their business, have they seen any results from
posting in the group, what else have they tried....

Ask stuff like this to engage them, and if your business can meet
a need they have, then mention a benefit of your business that
may help them. This way you can capitalize on the spam.

Give away free content (ie: videos, reports, mindmaps, powerpoint presentations...).

Insert a link into these free contents to promote full solutions (ie: coaching, IM course...)

You can set up a FB fanpage and group for a start.

You can also set up a Youtube channel as well if you are comfortable with doing videos.

I agree with just about every answer. Its all about providing value. In order to come off as less spammy, actually talk about useful related stuff. In other words, develop precision language thats all relevant to the market segment you are seeking results with, do the work and invest the money to develop credibility, authority and celebrity in those markets. This happens by providing value. If youre trying to get traffic for free, I suggest you continue doing what you're doing now, by asking questions on these forums as you know..

Promote a bunch of successful folks from your niche. Some turn around and promote you, giving you increased cred, endorsements and referral traffic and sales.

A lot of good feedback on this post. Here is another idea...

    Start making videos on YouTube.

1- Use keywords in your titles that you're targeting.

2- Make short 3 minute videos.

3- Give value to your viewers leaving them feeling like they really got more from you than you are from them.

4- Be Authentic. People love this and will become more attracted to you.

5- Give them a 'Call to Action' at the end of your video telling them to click the link that you will put at the beginning of the description of your video that goes to your website.

Make sure to explain briefly the benefits (what's in it for them) to going lower below your video and clicking on your link.

Market with this approach and you will never appear to be spammy to a single soul.

One word to keep in your mind at all times is...

    Value
