How many of you use arbitrage as a source of regular income and earned money through arbitrage?

Arbitrage is earning money through price variation of same product/products on different market places. How many of you use arbitrage as a source of regular income and how many of you earned money through arbitrage?

On 30th June, 2017, i will give an E-Book on earning through arbitrage using amazon and E-bay, to 2 people whose replies are useful to others.

I sort of do data arbitrage.

I monetize 3rd party email data, which is data that the users have shown an interest in a specific niche and have provided permission to receive messages from third parties. I get the opt-in record of all users and it's 100% can-spam compliant.

So basically I'm buying leads for a fraction of a penny in many cases. I send a relevant offer based on the targeting of the lead. For example, If the user is interested in life insurance, then I send a life
    insurance offer.

Those that convert (fill out a form), the lead is then sold for a much higher price. The bulk of the offers that I promote pay $20-$40 per lead, but I promote offers that pay more and less as well.

So not exactly arbitrage, as I'm adding a step to the process to increase the value of the leads by turning it into a real-time lead. Also, much goes on behind the seen as well.
