    Yep, as the poster said above, it is best to rewrite and reformat the content. You should also make sure to get new graphics or have those edited as well as your sales pages/squeeze pages, etc.

    As far as software for editing sales pages, you can use the free tool called kompozer to edit them.

      I have a website PLR that's fully functional. It has a membership set up and I'm not exactly sure if I should restructure the membership so I can recieve payments per subscriber

    IF possible, get two PLR products on the same topic and combine them, picking the best from each. Often just taking out the weakest content makes a major improvement.


    Then add in a little original content, such as more info or a list of links/resources.

    If it's high quality, add your brand and links and sell it.

    I don't understand buying something ready to sell and then doing a bunch of work on it.

    The only reason you would need to do this is if it's MMO and it's old and everyone has seen it.

      You can use kompozer or now the people who make or made kompozer have a new HTML editor called Blue Griffon and it has a free version and a paid version. I just use the free version for now. For changing the graphics you can go to fiverr and find someone to create graphics for you for pretty cheap.

          Mate Kompozer is for the website index page in the PLR you bought , if you need to change the E-book you need something like WORD so you can make changes

          My suggestion would be to use YT and find some info on the how to's also to really help you for research use google first before you ask a question on the board as this will speed up what you need to know if no luck try posting a question

    As far as you making a new article or content from a PLR. I suggest you find a good Re-writer to do that for you.

    A place I will suggest here for you is Fiverr. You can check the website out.

    And also some software can also handle this type of work, software like Spin Rewriter or Video Alchemy(not sure if alchemy still works like before)

    Get creative. If it's an ebook, turn it into a video course. And definitely, add your own spin/voice to it.

        I will usually take one ebook and make one video per chapter and then highlight a few important points from each chapter.
        Then, I create images or find web pages, and record my video while I discuss the important points and do the "over the shoulder" look at things.

        Some other friends have taken good PLR videos and then created their own Intro and Outro and used programs like Camtasia to squish them together.

        And someone else mentioned finding a few ebooks on the subject. Then you can pick out the important points and speak it into the computer using your own words and your own voice. You don't have to record your face if you don't want to.
        You can also write a script and hire someone else to make the actual video.

        The world is your oyster.

    If your intent is to build a strong business based on digital products such as ebooks then do yourself a favor and do not base it on PLR. Instead, research your market, understand what major life transformation they want urgently, outline a solution (with additional research if needed) that you brand as YOUR solution to get what they want.

    Now AFTER you have done all of this, if there is some quality, relevant PLR that you can use to fill in a chapter or add as a bonus, nothing wrong with that. But make sure you structure the ebook or course the best way to address your target market and then look for options to help with content

    Few things I can think of -
    1) The initial section should contain some information about your self - like who you are, success stories, etc.
    2) Pick up more than 1 PLR products and pick up the best ideas from them.
    3) Do quick research on the topic by yourself and then edit the above content.
    4) Add affiliate links to any product/service which would help the reader.
