Where is the talk about what's Hot and what's Not?

I've been looking for ideas for creating a new needed product since finding out that the affiliate site project I wanted to do would take too much doing.

I decided to come to the forum because I JUST KNEW that I would find some interesting topics but It doesn't seem like anybody is talking about much.

When are you guys and gals gonna start talking about what you need so I can make it?

On a serious note. I am really looking for some ideas, anybody have any to spare.

What do you think is hot and what do you think is not.

In other words, anyone have the pulse on the next buzz?

    Open your eyes and your mind...

    Such things are discussed on the forum every day. There are many
    threads containing "cries for help."

    Also... do some keyword research. There are many forums outside
    the IM market where people discuss things and search for solutions to
    current problems.

    You have to recognize what you're reading... very few people are going
    to come right out and say they wish someone would create a product for
    something. They just talk about problems. If enough people are talking
    about the same problem you can bet there is money to be earned for
    someone who can provide the solution.

    Everywhere not only on this forum, people are "crying for help" like Tsnyder said.Anyway are some basic steps that you need to follow.
    You need to find a good niche, learn everything about it and be ACTIVE on forums that are created on that niche.You will see that "light will appear" in your mind!
