Skimlinks cookie duration?
I signed up for skimlinks, and I'm confused about the cookie duration.
Normally, of course, when the merchant is part of a network they set the cookie duration themselves and it's shown in their details. Or if they run an independent affiliate program I might have to just ask them.
With skimlinks it isn't clear as to what network some of these merchants are in. Even if I knew, unless I have an account for that network I can't search the database to find the merchant and see what their cookie settings are. Even then, how would I even know if it will be the same as that, if skimlinks has special deals set up?
In most cases the commission % and cookie duration are fine, but some sites like Walmart are copying Amazon's ridiculous 2 day cookie duration, and I need to avoid those.
