Im guessing split testing i know i know... But what if i dont really want to create 10 diffrent give away just to find the one that works best?

Is there any good way of finding something that will have a very high likely hood of converting the most?

Without knowing more about your page/business it's impossible to answer that question.

    What are you selling?

Just off the top of my head I'd suggest something along the lines of "The [pick a number] Real Reasons Men Struggle With Shyness - And The Biggest Challenge You Have To Overcome To Become Confident"

This is valueable in that it helps your audience really understand what their problem is and gives them confidence there is a solution (one you'll offer to show them once they start reading your emails, of course)

It all comes down to knowing the desires of your prospective audience!

Ask yourself, what's the ONE thing that your ideal prospect would pay for happily?

What's something that they can't resist?

What struggles, problems, and frustrations do they have?

The more you know your audience, the easier it is to craft awesome lead magnets that they can't resist.

Then you aren't prepared for success despite you complaining about working hard for 9 months with no return.

You are either in it to win or you might as well get out.

The best giveaway is one that you create because you are knowledgeable about the topic you are working with. If you don't really know your subject then you need to get that way if you really want to make this your job replacement. A great way to start is to create 10 giveaways to see which one works.

Besides the product itself, the marketing attitude needs to be at a different place if you plan to replace your job. The whole "I know, I know" routine normally means the person that said it isn't going to do what they need to do.

This is meant to be helpful, not offensive.

Here's an easy way to do it.

you write one eBook and make 10 covers. They don't know what's inside. All they see are the covers and copy.

You do 10 different copy sets for your lead page and different covers.

You know, stuff like: Shy No More - Get Mind Blowing Confidence When you Step Out your Door!

    Whatever.

But, you're going to have to test.

If you think you can do this without testing then let me know because you have reinvented marketing.

    See if this helps ...

    1. Find the top most website in your niche ...
    2. Find the most shared content in your niche ...
    3. Find the top paid product in your niche ...
    4. Find the highest CPC keywords with High competition
    5. Find the Best Seller in your niche on various platforms like Amazon, Affiliate networks, etc.,
    6. Go to the forums related your niche & find the most asked question
    7. Check on Quora... what is being most asked in your niche.

Once you get all the info ... you will know exactly what your customers are looking for ... then create a report or short guide based on your research.

IMHO .. if you want to really provide value to your subscribers ... you need to treat this like a genuine product research & provide pointers related to your main offer. That's gonna be your Best Converting Giveaway ...

If not ... jst get a PLR product which is sold by many people & rehash to your audience ...

    Just my 2cents ...

I don't know if I'm maybe misunderstanding what you're asking, but I think you're either saying 'what's the best (for my purposes)' or 'what's the best (for my audience's purposes)'.

I think the split testing question is also about your squeeze copy.

I'd suggest the best thing to give away is something that gives your audience the most value without completely solving their problem (after all, I'm assuming it's the offers you plan on promoting to your list that are solving their problems, for a price).

I design my giveaway offers as a teaser or trailer for the paid offer/product I'm going to be selling by email. It's something that's going to be valueable in that it explains some of the whys and clarifies the problems my audience has and gives them confidence that there is a solution. Then I offer the solution for a price. So I guess what I'm saying is that I have to know my paid offer and the audience my paid offer is tailored to before I can determine what the best freebie is going to be.

Can I just say this is one of the best explanations of how a freebie for a squeeze page I have seen in ten years this should be a sticky

I think you are right in not wanting to create 10 free guides from scratch. Instead, you may look for PLR on the subject via a free account on resell-rights-weekly.com

You may want to rename the PLR products, modify the text on the first page of content (or add a new page at the start) and create a custom ecover for the guides (if you plan to display the covers)

If you find a guide that people seem to like, you may decide to create similar one of higher quality.

If you give them a poor quality freebie then chances are you won't get the chance to sell them a better quality product.

What Jimmy has said is correct. Give them a unique quality product that answers one or two questions but also tells them you have many more answers for them. Or perhaps give them an overview but explain they can get step by step guidance in your paid product.

You can use the same information to create different types of products. In other words, write a short report but then use the same material to make a video. You aren't starting from scratch to create different products you're just sharing it in a different way. Then test to see what your target audience responds to best.

You asked How Do I Find Out The Best Possible "Freebie" For My Squeeze Page?

But then you say "find something that has a high likelihood of converting the most."

Actually both those a are needed

Create a few things you think will convert best and then split test those.

To be clear you are not split testing multiple products just multiple opt-in forms.

At this point you are selling the opt-in. The content of the free product has no influence on the 'opt-in'. But of course make sure it does what you say when they do get it or you might find that your future sales take a hit.

For a first shot at a great free offer think:

    Specific problem
    Specific fix
Something that can be done quickly (time bound)
Something that can done easily (not complex or technical or require specialist equipment etc.)
    Something that gives fast results
Obviously related directly to your main product/upsell/future products.

The 2 minute Tea Break Exercise That Sheds A Pound A Day

Your giveaway could be a short video , one or two page guide/instructions, It just needs to be short and to the point and deliver what you promised. Don't swamp them with content. You can do that in your follow up emails.

Do your research so you know what topic will be of interests to your niche. Check blogs, forums, Quora. Then create a quality give away that will give value to whoever joins your list. Think of it this way...if your giveaway is junk, do you think people will stick around on your list? The giveaway is your first chance to build a relationship with your subscribers.

And no need to create 10 products. Create one, test two different titles or covers.

First, lose the idea of finding the "best possible" freebie to offer. What you're looking for is "good enough". Go down the "best possible" rabbit hole, and you'll never get around to doing anything else.

One good way to create a freebie is to carve off a piece of your main offer. Pick one problem or challenge that you can give a short, simple solution to where your prospects can get almost instant results.

Another thing to consider is continuity. Your freebie does not exist in a vacuum. It's part of a chain of events leading from your prospect learning you exist to becoming your customer. If your freebie isn't a natural part of the chain, the chain breaks.

Here's an example I read earlier today on a B2B blog. Let's say that you are selling commercial cooling systems. A prospect comes across an article you managed to place in a trade magazine. They go to your landing page (another article related to the one in the magazine, about commercial cooling systems). At the bottom of the page is a call to action for a free report on maintaining your system's evaporator. It's not a match for the prospect's demonstrated interest even if it is vaguely related.

That's my advice. Offer them something tightly related to your main product that gives them an immediate win.

I'd just email my list and ask them. If they buy into your message already, like-minded folks will likely buy into their feedback.

From my past years experienced, your headline that's matter most. People usually won't bait because of the freebie. But how this thing can solve their problem. Identify the problem, share with them how this freebie will solve and the result.

    Good luck

I can not remember the wording for a freebie I opted in for recently but it did get me to bite so it must have been good. My jaw totally dropped when the freebie was an Info Graphic!

But it did fulfill the Optin promise.

Then on the 2nd email I was offered a Consultation phone call for $2000!

I learn alot from following funnels.

Sometimes what to do and sometimes what not to do.

Your freebie can be a 5 day course.

It can be just one example out of your paid product that addresses the problem.

You can intro the General process to overcoming shyness but for the exact process they would have to invest in your paid product.

Try to make it fun and or funny pull people into your offer it should not be like someone going to the Dentist.

    Art
