Page/Post Parameters Wordpress Help

Is there a way to add a parameter in a post or page so that members only can view it? Thanks for any help

    If you are using WP, you can have a private PAGE and make it require a password
    You would have to e-mail the members or your list the password for them to gain entry to that page

      Posts or pages can be password protected. It's under the Advanced Options when you compose a post or page.

      As for restricting pages or posts based on membership, I don't know. I suspect maybe there might be a plugin that could manage that?

    Cragar and Dan have the right solution if you only want to protect a 'single' page, and want to distribute the password to all of your 'users' in some way... email being the obvious vehicle.

    I think it's the word 'member' which is giving us pause... do you want a unique page per user? Or a method to manage many users using many pages?

    If so, one plugin that comes close is Memberwing.

    there is a way to do it.... I can't be much more help because I don't remember what the plugin was but it would allow certain content to only been seen by members who've registered and account with your site.

    password protected pages, as mentioned before, is another way to go about it. just depends on what you want to accomplish.
