Trouble in Skype

hello guys,
am using my skype since two years but I never face this problem.
I am not getting any message with one IP Address when I change my IP address then am getting all messages.
i uninstalled and reinstalled again but didn't found any changes.

Please suggest me if someone have any solution of this problem
