Best niches for membership site

I have heard that a good niche is that wich fans or clients are insanely looking always for something new to buy.

What is your opinion? what are the best niches for a membership site business..
By membership business y mean ... recurring payments, content delivered every certain time, etc.

    I don't know anyone that joins a typical membership site who is
    insanely looking always for something new to buy.
    At least I have never joined a membership site for that reason.

    People typically join to get help to solve a problem they have or to reach some important goal. The problem or goal may have to do with finances, relationships, dogs, running a business, dealing with employees, or any number of other topics.

    Instead of asking which niches are good, ask yourself who you can help? Who has a burning desire or problem or goal in an area that you are experienced enough to help them achieve their goal or fix their problem?
