. set up a quality website showing your outstanding work.
    2. Talk to only the top 20% There are not enough quality photographers to meet all the needs. and these people do most of the listings.
    3. go out and take pictures of the offices of these brokers. many will have their own private offices - not with brokerages - but it doesn't matter.
    4. Use these images as an introduction: first in emails ... 2 or 3, and then print them out high quality 8 X 10 and deliver them personally . you may need to do this once or twice to get a face to face audience but remember, they are the best and it may take some persistence to get their attention. You may not get the audience with the images but in the end they will appreciate your persistence and talk to you. Ask for a project-not a shoot-words matter and then deliver.

Go on luxury home tours. With postcards of your work to hand out.
Just remember... at this point in your business you have the time. So concentrate on marketing. Put together a comparison of awful vs professional that you can email.
Massive activity, and a great attitude along with great images will bring you clients. You will not need many top brokers to keep you busy.

  • I don't know your specific target audiences, so I'll just make some generalizations here.

First, I'll create an inventory of my resources, in order to effectively decide whether to target those who are quite new to local real estate buying / investing, or seasoned local property buyers / investors.

Second, in my chosen group, I'll decide whether to focus solely (or more) on home buyers (those who'll live in the property), or business opportunity investors (those who want to rent out, lease or use the properties for their businesses).

Third, I'll identify the online places where my target audiences frequently hang out to get the content that they want and to also talk to others with similar interests. These can be local social groups, online communities like Web forums, blog networks and so on.

Fourth, I'll take note of the hottest topics, the most controversial news stories, the most active discussions and so on in those online places. This is to gain some useful ideas on how to craft my onsite and offsite content, including my opt-in offers and offsite advertising and softsell marketing materials. If I'm into search marketing, then I'll also take note of the exact match keywords that some of the pages in those online places rank well for in Google.

Fifth, I'll create an initial marketing campaign plan using the details I've gathered at this point. I'll then execute my plan, track my results, improve the things that are working quite well, drop those that aren't and expand to other online places among other beneficial opportunities.

My main general objective is to establish my brand across those heavily trafficked local social groups, online communities and blog networks as a friendly expert resource of helpful content, insightful comments on meaningful discussions, valuable products and services, etc.; and

My particular goals are to captivate my target audience with my content contributions and advertising materials as well as my insightful comments in those online places; to make my target audience interested enough to view my profiles in those online places and to click the links in my offsite content and ads; to entice them to check out my other onsite, offsite and subscriber-only content; and to compel them to do mutually beneficial stuff with my content, such as to subscribe to my mailing list, respond to my onsite ads and subscriber-only offers, and to share my content across their personal and professional networks.

    Hope this helps!

Learn SEO and write SEO optimized articles in your blog..
Write more articles and publish on your blog.
Open a Facebook page dedicated to your blog (apart from your personal page) and share the articles on your Facebook page.
Promote your page with Facebook advertising. Budget for promotion can be as low as $10.
Add a Facebook like box in your blog.
Embed social sharing buttons in your blog articles. You can do this using WordPress plugins and it is free.

Those are just some of the things I can think of. But these videos could walk you through the process. Hope they'll come in handy for you.
