Bought JVZoo product, got OTO a day later, but support hasn't upgraded me yet! Help!

I purchased a JVZoo product called CPA Tactics on Tuesday, then got the "Pro" OTO a day later (as I was getting paid from work then). I put in a ticked with "Support" that same day, and they have yet to reply to my ticket or give me access to the "Pro" OTO.

Can anybody help me here?

    I don't know your particular situation, but, yes, wait a little bit and if you don't receive a reply after a reasonable time I would recommend sending a new message.

    You can politely explain you made a purchase and that you haven't received your product, it will probably help if you include your transacción nr.

    I think you should contact vendor to send mail to them because I know the vendor is very busy they will arrange calendar to solve work at specific time of the month, so what you can do is wait Wait for a while
