Domain Name Auctions

I'm looking to auction a .co.uk domain name and wondered if anyone can suggest a good place to list it apart from Sedo.

I'm looking for somewhere that has serious buyers rather than a bunch of chancers looking for a bargain so that may affect any recommendations.

    Hi Nigel,

    I'm afraid my answer might not turn out to be too helpful.

    I have had Sedo listings for quite a few years, made a few sales - but the income via sedo in the meantime is horribly low and the sales are slow - BUT - I've got decent prices for the ones I have sold on there.

    I recently decided to try using my membership at dnforum and put quite a few of my portfolio on there and frankly, all I got was one communication that was basically -

    'a chancer looking for a bargain'

    I'm not sure of the best answer, but I thought I'd offer what I know to you.

    I know what you mean about the income from Sedo, if it was any lower I'd be paying them!

    namepros.com is one of the best place to deal with domains...
