Can I use PLR videos?

Hello, I want to start a video tutorial and courses site. Can I purchase some PLR videos and change intro and outro and can put them on my courses site??

Can I use them in Udemy??

Can I upload them on my youtube channel to get views and earn money from adsense??

I find a similar thread here but it is back 2015. May be some rules on internet change in this time span. So I again ask. And I also get this query in quora. But no answer. So try to help me out. It is urgent to know for me to start something.

I am again clearing the point that I am talking about PLR. With edit, sell and other permissions "yes". Not for MRR or personal use rights stuffs.

    Notice a pattern here? you keep jumping from one thing or another keep it up and the next thread will be " I quit "

    The only way to the get the right answers is to check the TOS of what ever service you want to use

    With Private Label Rights means you own it if that is what the LIC says when you purchased it ! to make it work you need to change about 70% to make it different as there will be others selling the same product .

      I think a lot of people subconsciously do that so they don't have to succeed - it gives them an excuse or something to blame, so they can avoid knuckling down and doing the work.

      Not necessarily the OP, I haven't looked through their posts.

      But it's like all those people who buy weight loss products and never use them, the act of buying the product shifts responsibility away from themselves, and gives them something to blame.

    It's important to give yourself the space to learn the skills you need. I would encourage you to consider your initial efforts to be an important skillbuilding experience. Then, at the same time, do what you have to do to take the pressure off it being urgent that you succeed overnight.

      Thanks for your explanation. Can anybody suggest me some good website with tutorial videos with plr rights?? So that I can learn from them and also can offer other like me to buy them?? I know some sites by searching google, like IDPLR, ResellRightsWeekly, MasterResellRights, PLRAssassin, PLR Database , BestDealPLR.com, Super-Resell.com, Bigproductstore.com etc. But they are all selling only with description. But no preview or screenshots. So we cannot have the possibility to check the quality of them. So I would prefer to purchase from some good plr videos which may be have some more info.

    A "tutorial" that teaches....what?

    marketing, list building, site building, link building, dog training....you need a focus or subject rather than random videos

    A Google search for "plr videos" (no quotes) gave me a LOT of results of WHERE you can buy plr videos. I would suggest you start with that and go through some of those sites to see what is available.

    NOTE: We were posting at the same time so you've done some of this. Those sites usually will have examples of some videos, don't they? Looks like many don't but the video "courses" are cheap - you may have to spend $7-8 to see what the quality is.

    Not sure how many of those allow you to resell...you would need to check the terms of each site. The income potential for buying plr videos only to 'resell' them may not be very good and that's something else to keep in mind.

    Don't bother to check PLR , 99.9% are crap products.
    Remaining is 0.01 % is already on market and oversaturated , outdated .

        You have to stop doing this to yourself ! asking others permission to do something just do what Nike says DO IT try it be good fail you will learn in the process you will find what you are good at

        Think of it this way not one person here has not failed many times , think of it like a science project how many times does one fail till you get it right ?
