.cm extension?

Does anyone have input on using a .cm extension. Is the .cm going to cause a great deal of confusion with .com? How many hits will one lose by using a .cm versus a .com?

    It's all in the marketing.... That is only the begining, many more ext are coming and real soon including things such as .apple .ibm .sport .asia .jobs and many many more.

    Be on the lookout because icann is taking applications right now as we speak.. You could apply for your own TLD if you have about $185,000 ....

      I think type-in traffic is where you'll be hardest hit. A lot of people will probably think .cm is a typo and use .com instead.

    Yeah Alexa, let's all file complaints to Alexa about tarnishing your good name..

    Kinda cool though .. mysite.alexa, course then the adult industry got to get involved and do hings such as ilove.alexa - sexy.alexa - naked.alexa - and etc ...

          Of course this is true ... If it is your TLD you do control it ...

          Just a matter of $185,000 for the application and then $25,000 a year .. lol
