Is 40% Click Thru Rates High Enough to Attract Affiliates?

I have entered a new niche this month, creating my own product, and immediately wrote 10 articles, listing them on EZA.

In this new niche I am experiencing an average click thru of 40% with the best article at 75% and a conversion of 8%. (since Sept 1)

Are these numbers substantial enough now to promote this to affiliates, and if so, how best would I find people interested in promoting my product as an affiliate?

In other words, How can I attract affiliates to promote this product.
Simply listing it on clickbank, JVpro and paygear is not the answer I am looking for, I am more interested in a more detailed method to procure affiliates.

Thank you for your help,
Jon

Affiliates are more concerned with the conversion rates on the sales page and the refund rates.

A sales page conversion average is around 2% so if you can convert higher than that you will have a higher than average CR (Conversion Rate) which is what they look for.

Lower than average refund rates is important too. It does not do any good to sell stuff that over promises (which can account for very high conversion rates) but under delivers (causes refunds).

The other things that affiliates look at is how big the niche is.

You can have a very high converting sales page selling air brushed pics of Elizabeth Mary Dalton from Hampton to Elizabeth herself but who is else is going to buy it.

How much pre sell help do the affiliates get in the way of content like banners, email letters, ads, product reviews, and other material that can help them sell.

While it is true that you do not have to have all of these things in place to have affiliates sell for you, the more that you can fulfill you get higher quality affiliates and the more product you sell.

As an affiliate, I would want to promote a product that empowers me. For example, by giving me a list of researched keywords that I can use for Adwords, articles I can rewrite, landing pages that I can use right away without building one from scratch. All these will help majority of affiliates to start off.
