How can I create an affiliate network to sell an eBook?

Hi everyone, I'm brand new here and I have a pretty straight forward question. I create and market crowdfunding campaigns for a living. I've written an eBook detailing the process and how to DYI your crowdfunding campaign from start to finish. I'd like to create an affiliate marketing program to sell the book, or alternatively hire someone to create it for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to go about this?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ryan

    Hi,

You don't need to create your own network from scratch.

You could use: WarriorPlus, JVZoo, ClickBank amongst others.

These sites carry HUGE amounts of affiliates who will be able to see if your offer is a match for their lists.

I've sold multiple thousands of my own I.M. products on W+ down the years and thanks to my affiliates they did most of the heavy lifting because they had the lists to promote my offers to.

I think ClickBank maybe better suited to your needs has it has a MORE broader range of niche products to sell there.

      Can't beat this reply!

There are a few great affiliate networks like warrior plus and clickbank that offer you their platforms.

I'd like to add that you could also build a simple affiliate program with the WordPress Platform if you want to run everything.

You would have to invest in premium plugins of course.

      Just my 2cents!

      Best of luck with everything!

Thanks! 50% commission on click bank though, seems kinda high.

Yes, and if you look at WarriorPlus, you'll see most "front-end" products give the affiliates 100%, but the sellers make their money from the upsells, and the email list they are building as a result.

WarriorPlus is very easy to get started with, and there are many affiliates waiting to promote new products. Like JVZoo, you are able to "filter" the people who want to sell your product. If you restrict affiliates like this, it should mean you get higher-quality traffic. Good traffic means better Earnings-Per-Click, which in turn attracts more marketers to promote your product.

In the past couple of years I have been inclined towards Warrior Plus as an Affiliate and Vendor

If this is your first ebook chances are you won't get a ton of automatic sign-ups from any of the affiliate platforms, so go ahead and pick one, set the initial commissions at a reasonable level (say 40% to start) and then go out and find 10-15 initial partners to get things rolling.

I've done this many times where you seek out authority figures in your space (bloggers, podcasters, website owners, social media influencers, speakers, etc...) and then reach out as someone legitimately interested in their business, offer to write or record something helpful for them (a testimonial, some content, etc...) and offer them a free review copy of your ebook to get their feedback. Once they come back (vast majority who take you up on the review will come back) offer them a "first-mover" partner commission higher than normal - say 60% to get them on-board.

Once you have a few people promoting for you, it gets easier as you can name-drop those with others, show other candidates their site or social network where they promote you, etc...

Be proactive when you build your affiliate network -especially in the beginning.

You could also just ask facebook groups to share your ebook around, the sales will pick up quickly
