We have been trying to get some articles posted that don't pass their automation for ridiculous reasons yet no one will ever reply to our support tickets. After multiple attempts, we added editorial comments in the article submissions themselves at the bottom of the articles, and they sort of froze in the review process for roughly a week.
Then a person actually marked them to be revised and the reason said we needed to submit support tickets for help and not add content like that. Duh!!
So loop-de-loop. Anyone have advice here to help please?
