Domain Renewal Through Host4Profit

As a long time user of Host4Profit, they've always renewed by domains. Now, I get an email stating that I need to do this myself. I get no responses from emails. HELP!! How do I get this done?

If auto-renew has been disabled on your domains, all you need to do is log in to your account and manually renew them or contact customer support via email or through a support ticket and ask them to process a renewal.

In fact, this very very question has come up on this forum before, and was turned up by a simple google search.

In all honesty nothing anyone can do for you as this is a support hosting issue sorry
I know this is not what you want to hear but the reality is you just have to call them or keep emailing , the only other possible way is to change hosts as a temp solution and move your site over if you can

Thank you for your help. However, this is not a hosting issue. For many years I've had a domain registered through networksolutions and hosted on Host4Profit. I can change the servers through enom.com but they will not renew the domain. I received this: "To renew this domain, please visit http://host4profit.net today." The site has bad links and errors when creating a support ticket and nothing about renewing a domain.

PNP used to run their own forum section on this forum. You can find the help desk for them

I tried to access the forum they started using after FL bought this forum - but it's redirecting to a fashion site...? (or has been hacked?)

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

      That was pips Kay.
I don't think host4profit had anything to do with Stone.
Host4profit was originally run by Allen and David Christianson if my memory
      serves me correctly.

I understand your frustration but the term Host4Profit is not familiar to everyone here. Stone ran a separate forum section here for years but then moved to his own site in 2015.

BUT you say the domain is registered through Network Solutions - so have you tried there?

    Setup Guide

If you can't find the domain on the network solutions site - a call to them might be a place to start. This is one of those times when you'll have to dig in and try to establish a contact any way you can.

I don't know if H4P is still in business - maybe someone here knows but I haven't seen it mentioned for quite some time. The last post here that listed the "help desk" for H4P was in early 2016 and that link might still be working - worth a shot.

It was one of PIPs first partner programs, wasn't it? Maybe I'm nuts (Ok, so I am nuts). You're right, though, I was thinking of PIPs rather than H4P and lumping them together in my cranium. I thought that was 'why' PIPS had a private forum here for years.

I know Allen sold his share in H4P a long time ago - funny to try to remember that far back and it was only about 10-12 years ago....long time in internet years. Prior to that, no mention of 'other' hosts was allowed on the forum.

Network Solutions may be the only potential contact that could work? Must be really frustrating.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, Network Solutions is not the registrar for this particular domain. I'm in the process of changing from H4P but need an EPP key (Auth Code) for it to happen and only H4P can provide it. Another email that will be ignored? If so, I will look into contacting ICANN.
