What times are best to show Webinars?

Hello,

I was wondering what time(s) you find are best to show webinars.

I am using Ever Webinar and Webinar Jam.

I have live callers booking the webinars -

I am just curious what day(s) and time(s) are generally best to book people into in your experience.

    When I did my research on this I found in the US eastern time 8pm weekends but also really deepens where the target market is!

    Also look at recorded webinar that way it plays when ever the customers want

      Here the same. About 95% of the US webinar invitations I get
      are for 8PM eastern time.

      So for sure this is a good starting point...

    you could do 2 things to find out:

    1. start your webinar at different hours, i mean evening: 6,7 ... pm, also maybe early mornings too.

    2. record your webinar, and let your attends to choose the best time suit for them, lots of gurus use this method now.

    from there, you can do the analysis to see which time is best suitable for you.

    It depends on your target audience, but I would say some time after lunch or near the end of the working day as people are less likely to have meetings then.

    Of course, the time depends on what your target audience is. For people who are working, the best time is evening (from 7 pm to 9 pm) or the end of the working day (if they are allowed to attend webinars during working hours).

    You better research you target audience and how they are acting during the day.

    And one thing I've noticed, that webinars don't work on weekends, because people want to relax these days.

    Most of the Webinars i promote host them various times during the day to capture the different time zones. Usually this is done 3 or 4 times a day at these times. 9am, 3pm, 5pm and 9pm Eastern Standard Time. The morning ones are usually to capture the big European market and the late ones for the North American market.

    You will need to test and see what time works best for you but the time of day should
    not matter. If your audience is interested in your topic they will get up in the middle of
    the night. Be sure to also record it and post it to YT so that more people will see it.
