I Have A Few Implementation Questions Regarding Sales Funnels

I have a few general questions.
#1 - Do you know of a tool that allows me to transform source documents (like Word document) into beautiful eBooks? I know of InDesign and other publishing suites, I'm looking for something a lot easier, something that preferably uses templates and can help me export a document into a more professional, attractive format fast.
#2 - When it comes to long sales letters, is LeadPages a good solution? I have tried it a long time ago for opt-in pages and it was okay. Can I use it for a long sales page? I used to edit in HTML using Kompozer and this is something I'm stopping now.
#3 - About LeadPages again - What do you think of the Pro account when it comes to taking payments? I'm a bit skeptical of using my PayPal account since I also use it for personal purposes. Is the extra $40/month worth it in order to take payments or shall I look for another payment gateway?
#4 - When it comes to Aweber or Get Response, how much of my address do I need to disclose? Can I disclose the corporate address as opposed to my personal one? It makes sense but I rarely see the business address in most emails.
#5 - Can you give me some suggestions on analytics for dummies? I know how to install GAnalytics and how to read the page. I don't know how to set up funnel reporting, like how many people moved from step 1 to step 2 and from step 2 to step 3.
#6 - How easy or hard is to be an affiliate for Amazon? Let's say I write a book review and I use an affiliate link. Is this different from ClickBank or JvZoo?
#7 - How can I set up in a tracking tool (example: GAnalytics) conversion based on different traffic channels? I want to track what comes from Facebook, what comes from email signatures, what comes through dedicated Bit.Ly links and so on.
