So I am running a few campaigns and looking for peoples opinions on which ad networks I should advertise on?

Also for a diet system/product what budget should I have for ads?

    You can always start pop campaigns at popads. To me whenever I have to try a new niche, popads is the place to go. Minimal deposit, lot of customization option and good traffic. Propeller also works for me.
