Anyone? Comcast.net blocking emails

My customers are unable to receive their purchases as their email host comcast.net is blocking them from receiving our emails.

No other issues with any other email provider, our servers are 100%, we pass all sender score and spam checks, ip is not listed as spam.

Anyone ever experience anything like this where we can't even reply to customers when they email us asking where their digital purchase is as our support email is blocked at Comcast.

How are you sending, ESP or your own IP?

If IP, are you getting a bounce email saying it is blocked?

    Comcast uses the Cloudmark portal.

    https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset/

If you are using an ESP, then you need to contact them.

Many companies also block Host Gator emails.

For us they were blocking the IP.

    Solution?

Use Gsuite - I have not seen a server block Gmail yet. For us at least.

Not receiving any bounce messages but apparently hotmail and comcast emails aren't getting through to our customers.

We are using siteground to send emails, we checked with them and we are 100% in compliance, aren't on any spam lists and they said everything is great on their end.

will have to find a gmail account we can use instead I guess.

    Good Luck and best wishes!

Get on their Feedback Loop to fix the problem. But if you're sending bad addresses or getting complaints, it won't help for long. Comcast.net Feedback Loop - Feedback Loop Request Form

Right-click an email message from the sender you want to block and select "New Filter."
Enter what you want to call the filter in the "Filter Name" box of the "Edit Filter" window.
Click on the minus button at the end of the Subject row.
Select "Discard" from the "Perform the following actions" menu. ...
    Click "OK."
