Use Vendor's Introductory Manual or Create a Cheat Sheet?

Greetings Warriors,
I'm a new affiliate for a diet product and, using social media, I want to build a list of people interested in weight loss/fitness. The vendor created a 47-page pdf lead magnet; they showed how to customize it with our affiliate link, etc.

I'm creating an opt-in page to collect email in exchange for the magnet, but when visitors opt-in using my pop-up and are then directed to my affiliate page, there's a popup offering the same lead magnet.

Here's my question: should I create a one-page Cheat Sheet using content from the lead magnet as a pre-pre-sell?

Here's why I'm asking: A. I wouldn't want to read a 47-page manual even if it is free, and B. I like the idea of giving something they can only get from me, but I don't want to make more work for myself unless it will pay healthy return -- ie increase conversions.

What say you?

Thanks,
Antoinette

Convert it to video and/or audio.

Thanks; that's a great idea but that's triple the work of creating a cheat sheet. Can you advise on whether there's value in giving them something different versus giving them the same thing they will be offered in the pop-up on my affiliate page?
