How To Make Sure My Sites, etc. are not stolen by outsource person

Okay, maybe I'm paranoid, but how do I allow outsources of sites, domain stuff, etc. and keep my ownership secure?

You really can't but you can strongly discourage others from doing so.

Hopefully you have done your due diligence on your 'outsourcer' and found him to be ethical and professional. And you can keep up periodically by doing Searches on your own Content to see if others are using it and getting it indexed.

In general, it's just part of the risk you take on when doing business online

I don't think so any professional do this these kinds of acts. I have more than 80 clients, and all are high paying clients. I know about a million niches, but I never do that. They trust me, and I exceed their expectations.

About domain stuff, I agree. It's a risky business. I also don't count on it. You have to be extra careful in that area.

Well, it's hard, you need to give them access to do their jobs, right?

So from there, you could just do random password changes, keep them happy, etc
