Help! What to do next?

I have been running a small matchmaking agency for 2 years. I have been successful, but I know I need to go to the next level. I have mainly been self marketing with CL, but that is getting more challenging. I have been able to work part time, but I want to grow to being self employed and having employees.
I've been thinking about different strategies to increase leads and conversion.
- Email list - I have one, but it's small, any best practices to growing it? I need to learn autoresponders and create better landing pages as well.
- Sales funnel - I'm definitely looking at growing this aspect, but it is new for me.
- AdWords - read Perry's book, I know I need 1000+ to split test and it is a future goal... as is Facebook after getting approval.
- Affiliate Marketing - I have the margin to use affiliates (and have room to increase prices), but what should I do on my site to best prepare to give them a great experience.
- EBook - I will be writing an ebook to give away to generate leads.
