Got product, got domain what next?

Hello everybody....

I was looking over clickbank and I found a good product,
I've found a good domain name with NO competition and A LOT of searches/monthly...

I wonder what should I do next... should I redirect that .com page to the product's page? or make my own landing page on it? or make a blog? I don't know what to do next.... what to put on that domain?

I want to make some experiments but I'd like to check Your advices and then I'll share the results.

Here are the details and what I have:
ClickBank product's grav: 97 (I know it's a lot but I want to try),
I've got a hosting and a .com domain...

    You might want to send all your traffic to your own page with an opt in so you can build yourself a list and then redirect them after they opt in right to the clickbank site. Also if those people don't order your clickbank product you will have a list so you can then market other products to them. In fact you can market to them for the rest of your life or until they unsubscribe.

    Send that traffic to your own site "recommend" the affiliate product and build your list.

    • Definitely send the traffic to your own page. 3 years ago you could send direct to the product but there's much more money to be made by building your list, also have some adsense on there so if they want to leave but NOT go to the product at least you're increasing your chance of getting some cash out of them..

      Find a similar product but maybe not quite as good and do a comparison (review). It makes you out to be not just a salesman..

      My page has about 41 000 searches / month and no competition...
